2ND, 3RD, 4TH, AND 5TH FROM THE SAME PARCEL AFTER THE FIRST SPLIT                                        ADDITIONAL $15.00 EACH

PROCESSING/ADMINISTRATION FEE FOR NON-MEMBER TOWNSHIPS                                                       $150.00  (PAYABLE BY THE APPLICANT)

MAJOR SUBDIVISION (6 OR MORE SPLITS OF THE SAME PARCEL)

ADMINISTRATION FEE                                                                                                                                                       $350.00

APPLICATION FEE - FIRST 2 HOURS                                                                                                                          $300.00

APPLICATION FEE - EACH HOUR AFTER 2                                                                                                             $150.00

APPLICANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ADVERTISING FEES AND WILL BE INVOICED ACCORDINGLY.

THE PLAN APPROVAL, ADMINISTARTION AND INITIAL APPLICATION FEE SHALL BE PAID AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION.
